22. the deep fried oreo's, Snickers, etc at the Iowa State Fair are to die for but the fried pickles in Boone, IA are better and you can eat so many more of them and not feel over fed.

23. The State Fair of Texas has the Deep Fried Oreos, Deep Fried Twinkies as well as the Deep Fried Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches. Elvis just gave up donuts.

25. well i really like the idea and it sounds really good i live in a small town in virginia and we dont have any resteraunts around here so i guess i will try to make them myself i will try to use a funnel cake batter hope it works i will let yall know how they turn out

28. I used to study nutrition and these fried oreos are definitely heart cloggers. However if you only eat them when the fair is in town (once every summer), I would myself indulge. After all, walking around the fair is usually a good workout.

29. Oreos and sweet cream ice cream from Cold Stone at the mall is my very fav..I saw deep fried Oreos once and ran fast! I know I would have been hooked!

30. if it only take one cookie to become obese then the whole human race and some aminals are in serious trouble. Stop with the non sense about everything that has sugar will cause you 20lbs. I eat fruit , veggie and twice a week I will eat red meat and I do believe I can afford a dessert or a sugar fixs in my week if I desired it. By the way it sound good and I will try it!

A quick Google search shows that most recipes use pancake batter or Bisquick. Also, looks like Emeril has his own recipe on his show website.
